Responsibility
- Lead the design and planning of EV charging infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site assessments to determine feasibility, electrical capacity, and optimal placement of charging stations.
- Develop detailed electrical schematics, load calculations, and system layouts for EV charging projects.
- Coordinate with utility providers to secure necessary permits, interconnection agreements, and power supply solutions.
- Oversee project execution, including installation, testing, and commissioning of EV charging systems.
- Ensure all designs and installations adhere to safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges during project implementation.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on EV charging systems and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on power distribution or renewable energy systems.
- Proven experience in EV charging infrastructure design, site assessment, or related projects is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, local utility requirements).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and electrical design tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
