Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of single-photon imaging systems and LiDAR technologies.
- Collaborate with researchers to conduct experiments, analyze data, and optimize system performance.
- Support the integration of photonic components into imaging and sensing platforms.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and experimental setups.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in photonic technology and imaging systems.
- Contribute to the preparation of research proposals and grant applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related field.
- Proven experience or academic project work in photonic systems, imaging technologies, or LiDAR.
- Strong understanding of optical components, signal processing, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for experimental control and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrometers, and optical benches.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
