Responsibility

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of single-photon imaging systems and LiDAR technologies.
  • Collaborate with researchers to conduct experiments, analyze data, and optimize system performance.
  • Support the integration of photonic components into imaging and sensing platforms.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and experimental setups.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in photonic technology and imaging systems.
  • Contribute to the preparation of research proposals and grant applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience or academic project work in photonic systems, imaging technologies, or LiDAR.
  • Strong understanding of optical components, signal processing, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for experimental control and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrometers, and optical benches.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
