Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for façade systems using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM models align with design intent and technical specifications.
- Generate accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details for façade components.
- Perform clash detection and coordination to resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP elements.
- Support project teams in BIM execution planning, including model organization, naming conventions, and file management.
- Conduct BIM model reviews and provide recommendations for optimization and constructability improvements.
- Assist in quantity takeoffs and cost estimation based on BIM data for façade systems.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry best practices to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in façade or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software (experience with Tekla or Rhino is a plus).
- Strong understanding of façade systems, cladding, and curtain wall designs.
- Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, AIA Layering) and collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Trimble Connect).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in Southeast Asia or international projects is advantageous.
