Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or construction management.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
