Responsibility
- Lead and manage solar PV projects from planning to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk management plans, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability and requirements
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to secure permits, approvals, and project milestones
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in the solar or renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of successfully delivering solar PV projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including design, installation, and commissioning processes
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements for solar projects in Indonesia
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
