Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees at all levels to promote a safety-first culture.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, emissions, and resource conservation.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports, including incident reports, compliance documentation, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (e.g., K3, PP No. 50/2012) and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively address HSE challenges.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and HSE audits.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; additional local language skills are a plus.
