Responsibility
- Oversee and manage M&E and ACMV system installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs for M&E/ACMV systems.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or ventilation system malfunctions efficiently.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E or ACMV project engineering, preferably in construction or building services.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for technical design and planning.
- Familiarity with local building codes and industry standards (e.g., SNI, PUIL).
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bali with occasional travel to other project locations.
- Certifications in HSE, PMP, or LEED are a plus.
