Responsibility
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of logistics management systems to optimize contract performance.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of logistics solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, including SOPs, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Support the evaluation and selection of third-party logistics providers, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conduct regular audits of contract compliance and system security to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Logistics Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract logistics leadership or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing logistics systems or supply chain software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, WMS, TMS, or other logistics-related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO standards, or other industry frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
