In this critical position, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware issues for cutting-edge GPU servers, ensuring maximum uptime and performance for our enterprise clients. Responsibility
- Perform on-site and remote diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of enterprise-grade GPU servers and related hardware components.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware failures, including GPU cards, motherboards, power supplies, and cooling systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades to optimize performance and extend hardware lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues and implement hardware solutions.
- Document all service activities, including root cause analysis, repair actions, and parts replacement, in compliance with company protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams on GPU hardware best practices.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring readiness for rapid deployment to client sites.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GPU technology and industry standards to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware field service, with a focus on GPU servers, data center hardware, or enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing NVIDIA, AMD, or other high-end GPU architectures.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware components (CPUs, RAM, storage, PSUs, cooling systems) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Server+, or vendor-specific GPU hardware certifications (e.g., NVIDIA Certified) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills for client interactions.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar) and occasionally to other regions as needed.
