Responsibility
- Assist in daily PCBA manufacturing and production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and reporting issues to senior engineers.
- Support the assembly, testing, and inspection of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve workflow processes.
- Document production data, test results, and quality control metrics in compliance with company protocols.
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow safety, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and ISO standards in all manufacturing activities.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills in SMT (Surface Mount Technology), soldering, and automated testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, electronics assembly, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of PCB components, soldering techniques, and SMT processes.
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES), quality control tools, or test equipment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical drawings.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and team collaboration.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to evolving production demands.
