Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to achieve project goals.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, resolving any engineering-related challenges that arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for project planning and management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
