Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and building standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to mitigate risks on-site.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Generate progress reports, risk assessments, and post-construction evaluations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other industry-standard software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and HSE regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and legal documents.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
