Responsibility
- Develop and optimize process parameters for new and existing production lines to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Design and implement process controls to maintain consistency and adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct thorough process audits and identify areas for improvement to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document and maintain detailed process specifications, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new process implementations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, statistical process control (SPC), and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for process simulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with ISO or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
