Responsibility
- Oversee and inspect MEPFS installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on materials, workmanship, and system performance for residential projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical challenges and optimize system designs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring MEPFS deliverables are completed on schedule and within cost parameters.
- Perform site visits and risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance to on-site teams and subcontractors to maintain project quality and efficiency.
- Document and report progress, non-compliance issues, and resolutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEPFS engineering, with a focus on residential or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for designing and reviewing MEPFS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, SNI standards, and international best practices (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues under pressure.
- Proven track record of managing project documentation, including BOQs, shop drawings, and compliance reports.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
