Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end tendering process for ACMV and M&E projects, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Develop and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and legal teams, to align tender submissions with project requirements.
- Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Oversee tender documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the tender team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine tendering strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in tender management, with a focus on ACMV and M&E projects.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tendering software, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
