Responsibility
- Assist the Institution Lead in planning and executing Facilities Development projects for healthcare institutions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed healthcare facility projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, healthcare standards, and safety protocols.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Implement best practices in healthcare facility design and construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facilities development projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare facility planning, design, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
