Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, permits, and compliance records.
- Coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Track project expenses, invoices, and financial reports to ensure cost efficiency and budget compliance.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure materials and services.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and CBRE’s policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
