Responsibility
- Administer and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including variations, extensions, and amendments.
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractor agreements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
- Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting to support budget control and project profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.
- Prepare and review progress claims, invoices, and payment certifications.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract terms and project execution.
- Provide expert advice on contract matters and quantity surveying to internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal frameworks, and industry standards.
- Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex contract documents and identify potential risks.
