Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, proposals, and bids in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Monitor and track tender deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance bid strategies and improve win rates.
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, contracts, and correspondence in a structured database.
- Assist in negotiating contract terms and coordinating with clients to finalize agreements.
- Develop and update standard tender templates and documentation for efficiency and consistency.
- Provide administrative support for tender-related meetings, presentations, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
