Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease agreements promptly and professionally.
- Oversee mall operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness, to ensure a premium experience for tenants and visitors.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional events and campaigns that drive foot traffic and tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, policies, and mall regulations, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of retail spaces to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines.
- Negotiate and renew lease agreements, optimizing occupancy rates and revenue for the mall.
- Liaise with facility management to address technical issues, renovations, or space allocations efficiently.
- Prepare and present reports on tenant performance, occupancy rates, and operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tenant management, retail operations, or shopping mall administration.
- Proven track record in lease negotiations, conflict resolution, and tenant retention strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with high-profile tenants.
- Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in Bali is advantageous.
