Responsibility
- Coordinate daily operations for assigned commercial mall(s), ensuring smooth tenant and visitor experiences.
- Manage tenant communications, including lease administration, compliance, and issue resolution.
- Oversee facility maintenance, security protocols, and vendor coordination to uphold safety and operational standards.
- Monitor mall performance metrics (e.g., foot traffic, occupancy rates) and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in event planning, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive mall engagement and revenue.
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance) to align operations with business goals.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or property management, preferably in retail/commercial malls.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and property management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and retail industry regulations is advantageous.
