Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage work orders, vendor contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to guarantee timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to address facility-related inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize facility budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility activities, including maintenance logs, inventory, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices.
  • Provide emergency response coordination for facility-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and preventive maintenance protocols.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, IBM Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
