Join Mynews as a Tenancy & Project Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting our retail store development projects across Bali’s most dynamic locations. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, ensuring seamless coordination between tenants, landlords, and internal teams.
As part of our expansion in Bali, you will oversee tenancy administration, utility applications, and project documentation while serving as the primary liaison for landlord communications. Your expertise will drive efficiency in lease management, compliance, and project timelines, contributing directly to the successful launch and operation of our retail spaces in prime areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Nusa Dua.

Responsibility
- Manage tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and compliance documentation for retail properties.
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders to resolve administrative and operational issues.
- Oversee utility applications (electricity, water, permits) for new and existing retail locations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, licenses, and financial records.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis for tenancy-related expenses.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and government agencies.
- Ensure timely execution of project milestones, from site acquisition to store opening.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with lease terms and property standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tenancy administration, property management, or retail project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements, property laws, and utility regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project management tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
- Experience in the retail or FMCG sector is highly advantageous.
