Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition processes, including identification, evaluation, and negotiation of potential locations in Bali.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess feasibility, zoning compliance, and infrastructure requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, government agencies, and local stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisitions.
- Collaborate with legal, technical, and finance teams to ensure all acquisitions meet regulatory, budgetary, and operational standards.
- Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and contracts for site acquisitions to senior management.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities for network expansion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company objectives.
- Provide regular reports on acquisition progress, challenges, and solutions to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 9 years of working experience in site acquisition, real estate, telecommunications, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in negotiation, site surveying, and networking with a track record of successful acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian property laws, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, financial models, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS tools, or project management software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
