Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to attract high-value retail and commercial tenants across Bali’s key markets.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, terms, and conditions to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and tenants.
- Conduct financial analysis (ROI, cash flow, market comparables) to support leasing and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on leasing performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/retail leasing, business development, or real estate sales, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of closing high-value leasing deals and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, valuation methods, and lease structures in the retail/commercial sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, financial modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
