Responsibility
- Manage tenant inquiries, property viewings, and lease negotiations to ensure high occupancy rates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on local real estate trends and competitive pricing.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Coordinate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and maintain property standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and promote available properties.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant information, and financial transactions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, lease agreements, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
