In this strategic role, you will drive the identification, evaluation, and securing of prime locations for development projects across Bali’s most sought-after areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end site acquisition processes, from initial identification to final agreement execution.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and feasibility studies to assess potential locations for development.
- Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and permits.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including brokers, developers, and local authorities.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on site viability, costs, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
- Support the development of business cases and investment proposals for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate development, or property management.
- Proven expertise in negotiation, site surveys, and networking within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian property laws, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
