Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the site acquisition process, including site identification, evaluation, and negotiation with property owners and local authorities.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess feasibility, accessibility, and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, government agencies, and community leaders.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure all site acquisitions adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, engineering, and project management, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for strategic site acquisitions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members involved in site acquisition activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecommunications infrastructure development.
- Proven track record in negotiating and securing site agreements with property owners and local authorities.
- Strong understanding of site survey techniques, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and site acquisition software/tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as required.
