Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, sorting, and storage of incoming goods to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Perform scanning, splitting, and labeling of items to maintain precise documentation and tracking.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while adhering to company standards and timelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company protocols and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and support warehouse productivity.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring goods are handled with care and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field (entry-level candidates with relevant training will also be considered).
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and willingness to adhere to workplace safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime, if required.
