Responsibility
- Inspect incoming raw materials, electronic, and mechanical components for defects or deviations from specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on manufactured and OEM products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.
- Follow safety and regulatory guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Provide feedback to suppliers and internal teams to enhance product quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
