Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Prepare and package products for local and international distribution, adhering to quality control guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing and shipping targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident workplace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, packing, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 15-20 kg safely.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends if needed.
