Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely material availability.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and minimize costs while maintaining service quality.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts, resolve discrepancies, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, including KPIs, cost savings, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to align supply chain activities with demand forecasting and business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and best practices in supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and supply chain analytics tools.
- Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and resolve logistical challenges.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
