Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of suppliers and products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer support teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports, checklists, and non-conformance records.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality deviations and propose sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory bodies, to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Continuously improve quality processes through data analysis, feedback, and innovative methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control tools.
- Proficient in conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQA, Six Sigma) is a plus.
