Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA inspectors and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, and other relevant certifications, maintaining documentation for audits and certifications.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma and process optimization initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer complaints and returns, leading investigations and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in quality control systems (e.g., ISO 9001, TS 16949) and familiarity with industry-specific regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in QA software tools (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and SPC methodologies.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
