Responsibility
- Assist in processing and verifying trade documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate trade transactions.
- Maintain and update trade databases, ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible.
- Support the preparation of trade reports and analytics for management review.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and logistics providers to resolve discrepancies or delays in trade operations.
- Monitor trade compliance requirements and assist in adhering to regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of trade processes and industry best practices.
Qualifications
