Responsibility
- Assist in the production and packaging of fresh fruits and related products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain basic machinery and equipment used in production and logistics processes.
- Load, unload, and organize inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock management.
- Prepare shipments for distribution, including labeling, sorting, and packaging goods for delivery.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas to uphold hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general worker, production, or logistics role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or production processes.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 kg as part of daily tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia (ability to understand work instructions).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
