Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate shift operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Allocate and manage manpower resources efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to production staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve workflows.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or EMS environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
