Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Manage inventory by receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain up-to-date records using inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all warehouse activities.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment or internal distribution.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to coordinate material flow and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operator, Store Assistant, or Forklift Driver (minimum 1-2 years).
- Valid forklift operator certification (mandatory).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime as required.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
