Responsibility
- Monitor and coordinate night-shift operations to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking, recording, and reporting stock levels.
- Support logistics activities, such as shipment preparation, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including production logs and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
