Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize storage capacity.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order status, and performance metrics.
- Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role in logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
