Responsibility

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of housing allocation processes for students, faculty, or staff.
  • Manage and update housing databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, vendors, and university departments, to address housing-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and distribute housing-related communications, including notices, reports, and documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of housing events, inspections, or maintenance activities.
  • Monitor compliance with housing policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Assist in the resolution of housing disputes or issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support for housing-related projects, including data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, housing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Familiarity with housing management systems or property software is a plus.
