The National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Temporary Management Assistant Officer (Housing Operations) for a 6-month contract based in Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and administration of housing allocation processes for students, faculty, or staff.
- Manage and update housing databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, vendors, and university departments, to address housing-related inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and distribute housing-related communications, including notices, reports, and documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of housing events, inspections, or maintenance activities.
- Monitor compliance with housing policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in the resolution of housing disputes or issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.
- Provide administrative support for housing-related projects, including data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, housing operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Familiarity with housing management systems or property software is a plus.
- Willingness to commit to a 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance.
