Responsibility
- Develop and deliver interactive English lessons for individuals or small groups.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve language skills.
- Create customized lesson plans based on students’ goals (e.g., conversational, academic, or business English).
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including role-playing, discussions, and multimedia tools.
- Prepare students for standardized English tests (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) if required.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Collaborate with the Lentera Mandiri Group team to align with curriculum standards.
- Adapt teaching styles to accommodate diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English Literature, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience teaching English as a second language (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students of all ages.
