Responsibility
- Lead the strategic planning and operational execution of the Centre for Case Learning Excellence (CCX).
- Develop and implement innovative case-based learning methodologies and curricula.
- Oversee the production and dissemination of high-quality case studies and teaching materials.
- Collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and global institutions to enhance case learning initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery of CCX objectives.
- Mentor and train faculty and staff on best practices in case teaching and development.
- Represent CCX at conferences, workshops, and industry events to promote thought leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of case learning programs, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in academic leadership, case development, or educational management.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of case-based learning methodologies and their application in higher education.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology tools is a plus.
