Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to kids and juniors in a summer camp setting.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Create a fun, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Organize and participate in camp activities, games, and events to enhance language learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and camp staff to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable program.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment.
- Encourage cultural exchange and global awareness through language and activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or similar teaching certification is a plus.
- Previous experience teaching English to children or young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with kids.
- Creative, energetic, and adaptable teaching style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with multicultural settings and sensitivity to diverse learning needs.
- Availability to commit to the full duration of the summer camp program.
