Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day management of university housing facilities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Coordinate room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs for students and staff, maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with maintenance teams to address housing-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Support the preparation of reports, budgets, and documentation related to housing operations.
- Provide administrative assistance, including handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards.
- Assist in organizing housing-related events and orientations for new residents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve housing services and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, housing management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with housing management systems or property management software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
