Responsibility

  • Coordinate room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs for students and staff, maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaise with maintenance teams to address housing-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Support the preparation of reports, budgets, and documentation related to housing operations.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Conduct regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards.
  • Assist in organizing housing-related events and orientations for new residents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve housing services and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, housing management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with housing management systems or property management software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
