Responsibility
- Conduct thorough investigations into student disciplinary incidents, ensuring fairness and adherence to school policies.
- Document and report findings with accuracy, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students involved in disciplinary cases, promoting positive behavioral change.
- Monitor and follow up on disciplinary cases to ensure compliance with agreed-upon measures.
- Assist in the development and review of school discipline policies and procedures.
- Organize and facilitate workshops or training sessions on student conduct and conflict resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of all investigations and disciplinary actions taken.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student discipline, counseling, or investigative roles within an educational or youth-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of adolescent behavior and developmental psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Proficient in report writing, data analysis, and case management.
- Familiarity with legal and ethical standards related to student discipline and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
