Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate sports lesson plans for children aged 1.5–7 years, aligning with early childhood development goals.
- Lead daily physical activities, including games, exercises, and basic sports skills (e.g., running, jumping, ball handling).
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate movement into the broader curriculum, supporting cognitive and social growth.
- Monitor and assess children’s motor skill development, providing feedback to parents and staff as needed.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all participants, adapting activities for varying abilities.
- Organize and facilitate special sports events or themed days (e.g., mini-Olympics, obstacle courses).
- Maintain equipment and activity spaces, ensuring they are child-friendly and hazard-free.
- Communicate proactively with parents and guardians about program updates and their child’s progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in coaching, early childhood education, or a related field (sports, physical education, or child development preferred).
- Passion for working with young children and a patient, encouraging demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of child development milestones and age-appropriate physical activities.
- Ability to create lesson plans independently and adapt them to different age groups and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) for child safety.
- Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not required).
- Energetic, creative, and able to maintain a positive, high-energy attitude throughout the day.
