Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic academic plans for the BS Computer Engineering program to align with industry needs and educational standards.
- Supervise and mentor faculty members, ensuring high-quality teaching, research, and professional development.
- Design, review, and enhance the curriculum to incorporate the latest advancements in computer engineering and technology.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, student outcomes, and faculty effectiveness using data-driven metrics.
- Foster partnerships with industry leaders, alumni, and academic institutions to create internship, research, and career opportunities for students.
- Oversee the accreditation process and ensure compliance with national and international educational standards.
- Organize and lead academic events, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to manage program budgets, resources, and facilities effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership, program management, or a senior faculty role in a higher education setting.
- Proven track record in curriculum development, faculty supervision, and academic planning.
- Strong understanding of ABET or other accreditation standards for engineering programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with students, faculty, and stakeholders.
- Experience in industry-academia collaboration and building partnerships with tech companies or research institutions.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in computer engineering, such as AI, IoT, cybersecurity, or embedded systems.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to the dynamic educational landscape of Bali, Indonesia.
