Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring compliance with educational and safety standards.
- Develop and implement holistic development programs that cater to academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Supervise and mentor a team of educators and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Design and oversee enrichment activities, including after-school programs, workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates and addressing concerns with professionalism.
- Monitor student progress and well-being, implementing interventions where necessary to support individual needs.
- Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting to senior management.
- Promote a culturally inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity among students and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in student care, teaching, or educational management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and holistic education methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive program development in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with curriculum planning and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
