Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Coordinate with vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and service requests, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Manage billing processes, including invoice verification, payment tracking, and budget reporting for HRIS-related expenses.
- Support HRIS team projects, such as system upgrades, integrations, and user training initiatives.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide technical support to HR staff and employees, resolving system-related queries and access issues.
- Maintain documentation for HRIS procedures, workflows, and user guides to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in auditing HR data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, office support, or HRIS-related roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, HR teams, and employees.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
